1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide the DashAI service. This includes the email address you provide for account syncing and API token management.

2. How We Handle Your Data

When you upload a CSV file to DashAI, the data is parsed locally in your browser. If you request an AI analysis, only a subset of your data is securely transmitted to our backend and subsequently to OpenAI's API to generate insights. We do not permanently store your uploaded datasets on our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party services to operate our platform:

• OpenAI: Used for generating AI analytical insights.
• Razorpay: Used securely for processing payment transactions. We do not store your credit card information.
• Google Sheets: Used internally as a database for managing user token allowances.
