At DashupData, we provide digital products and AI-powered services. We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is accessible. As tokens are consumed instantly for AI processing, all sales are final.
2. Tokens Not Added?
If you have successfully paid via Razorpay but tokens are not added to your account, please follow these steps:

Mention your UTR Number (Transaction ID) in the subject or body.

Attach a Screenshot of the successful payment confirmation.
Our team will verify the UTR and manually credit the tokens within 24 hours.
