DashupData operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We provide intangible digital goods, AI analysis tokens, and dashboard access. Therefore, we do not ship any physical products or hardware to your address.

2. Instant Activation

Delivery of our services is strictly digital. Upon a successful transaction via our payment gateway (Razorpay):

Your account or subscription will be activated instantly.
AI tokens or credits will be added to your dashboard balance immediately.
You will receive a digital payment receipt and confirmation on your registered email address within 5-10 minutes.

3. Delivery Delays or Issues

While our system processes token allocations and subscription upgrades in real-time, occasional network delays or server sync issues may occur. If you have been charged but your account has not been updated within 30 minutes, please contact us.
